Concept & idea:
The idea for the site was to give Kongsberg a project that accentuates the function of the city as well as its history.

The project aims to:

- connect city, the site and the river

- create a new city floor at the same elevation as the opposite side of the city, across the river

- show through the buildings form, the reflection of its surroundings, how it relates and feels including as one enters the city
